Backlog Refinement – Or Why we still need an Estimation Meeting

There is an old saying within the scrum scene: “A Product Owner should never show up in a Sprint Planning #1 Meeting without a prioritized and estimated backlog.” But the PO must talk to the team to create a proper backlog. Therefore, early “scrummers” came up with the idea of a Backlog Refinement Meeting. I did a short tutorial to give you a closer look at what this meeting is all about.
