Agile is not about culture – Agile is about delivering value

In the agile community, many people believe that we would have to change the culture first, to be able to implement agile methods successfully. The problem is: changing the culture takes years; quite apart from the fact that one can not change the culture by, well, changing the culture. Agile has always been about delivering value, and it still is.
