We have created a program for further education of ScrumMasters due to the demand for additional CSM’s. The topics are problematic issues that our consultants have experienced in their daily work with customers. The program is for ScrumMasters who want to improve their work with their Scrum teams and want to make it more effective, more exciting, and smoother.
You will be trained as a lateral manager, meaning leading without managerial authority. Furthermore the training is about methodological expertise (CSM) + communication withing the group (modT) + influential expertise (teamE) + organizational development expertise/expertise of change (chaM).
The Professional ScrumMaster Program consists of advanced courses and is for people who are already CSM:
Professional ScrumMaster ® have passed all 3 advanced trainings.
The order of sequence of trainings 1-3 is irrelevant. Professional ScrumMaster trainings are booked individually and are €990 per 2-days training. All trainings are offered in German as well. English Trainings will start in 2011.
