At this workshop you will be introduced to Scrum basics, to the specific tasks of a ScrumMaster and to the instruments that will help you to successfully meet challenges. Using lectures, Best Practice examples and many exercises we will prepare you for your job. It is important to us that participants have enough time to ask questions and discuss things relevant to their own personal situations.
