If you really understand Scrum you will change how you think and act as a developer, manager, product manager or team leader. That is why we do not just show you how Scrum methods work. We initiate the process of change and help you to grow into your new role. In addition to Scrum Basics we offer several workshops that prepare you for all practical challenges: questions about team formation, management, conflict negotiation, your own power of motivation, career planning and personnel management.
