Consulting using bor!sgloger methods means that we guide our teams and management by giving constant feedback and coaching – thus actually understanding them – to independent problem solving . “Observing and improving” are the basis for the success of all agile methods and this path you will follow even when we are gone. During the entire implementation process we observe, listen carefully, make all actors aware of their roles and development, guide them to set their own goals and to implement their own methods. This usually occurs in three phases.
-
Phase 1 Strategical Set up
We ask you: Where is your company at the moment and what do you want to achieve? Which dimensions should the introduction of Scrum have? Are you concerned about the team, several (dislocated) teams or the entire organization?
- During the first phase of the consulting process we look closely at the actual situation, the projects, business models, technologies, task distributions and processes. We audit on the basis of intensive discussions, observations, interpretation and reflection with the involved decision makers and employees. Thereby we can see the entire picture and can develop the best procedure for your specific situation.
We explain during workshops and discussions what new roles must be adapted, which task descriptions and work results must be defined and adjusted, outline the next steps and establish responsibilities with you. -
Phase 2: Performance and implementation
This part is about the practical application. During the “Scrum introduction Training” we inform the participating team members – the Scrum Team – about the basics. Ideally employees from adjoining projects also participate to improve interfacing with them.
- Then we quickly set up the product development process and meeting structure with your Scrum Master. During this process we insure that your project is immediately set up for success. All role players – especially management and executives – will be coached in their work and perceptions.
-
Phase 3: Integration
During the third phase the Scrum Teams steadily implement the process, ScrumMaster and Product Owners work independently. We give direct feedback and ensure knowledge is transferred. If you would like to further expand this process in your organization we will help you form and prepare your transition teams.
