The ScrumMaster plays a central role in the development of agile teams and in a company’s process of change to agility. A prerequisite for certification is the training “ScrumMaster Advanced”. Here you will be introduced to Scrum basics, to the specific tasks of a “ScrumMaster” and to the instruments that will help you to successfully meet challenges.
