CollabNet, Anbieter von Lösungen für Agile Application Lifecycle Management (Agile ALM), hat Danube Technologies Inc., ein weltweit führendes Unternehmen für Scrum-Projektmanagement-Lösungen übernommen. [1]
Ob damit eine Ära zu Ende geht? Oder war das ein geschickter Schachzug von Victor und seinem Bruder um die Marktpräsenz von ScrumWorks zu steigern? ScrumWorks gehört unbestritten zu den besseren Scrum Enterprise Tools. Danube selbst war und ist einer der größten Anbieter von Certified Scrum Trainings in den USA und auch weltweit sehr präsent.
Hat CollabNet damit nicht nur den Eintritt in den ScrumTool-Markt geschafft, sondern gleichzeitig in den mittlerweile heiss umkämpften Scrum-Trainingsmarkt?

Ich hoffe für Victor und seinen Bruder sehr, dass dieser Merger funktioniert. Wir dürfen gespannt sein.

This is a feeble attempt by Collabnet to have real tool. I don’t know why you think this is a great move. Hope the guys at Danube had a good time, because Collabnet sucks beyond all recognition as an agile tool. Literally, even their wiki sucks – and everything to them is a fucking wiki page. If I cared about scrum I’d say it’s a loss to the community, but Scrum Iterations also suck when you have a choice to go full kanban.
Maybe!? I did not say, this will be a great move. I said that I hope that this merger will be beneficial for Victor. I do not know if this will improve ScrumWorks. But I wish Victor the best for this. Why you use this post to flame against Scrum: “Scrum Iterationsalso suck when you have a choice to go full kanban”, I actually do not understand.
