In our last story Penelope, the Product Owner, found out what the Customer wanted. Today Penelope tells the team the new development. The Team is of course  not thrilled about it. They do have their own ideas about the movie.  But the new story, the new scene, the customer wants, brings a lot of business value. They see the benefit of the story. Implementation is the responsibility of the team so, they get creative. Now the keep standards AND implement Customers wishes. In their planning they do assign tasks themselves [tbc] [1].
