2. A Product Owner needs to plan the future of the Project

3. The Product Owner does the risk management of the Project

4. The most Product Owners fail to create a Vision

5. Product Owners needs to understand that they have business responsibility

6. Product Owner needs to have technical expertise. They need to understand their Product also from the technical side. That does not mean they need to be Software Development Experts.

7. A Product Owner does not tell people how they develop the product, besides the case that he is the real expert and coaches the team, if they asks.

8. Product Owners needs to organize the higher level. Most Products do have (non technical) dependencies to other product development teams. The strategy needs to be aligned.

9. A Product Owner MUST know his product. If he does not, he fails. Get a new one.

10. A Product Owner who does not achieve more business value with every iteration is not doing his job.
