Czech Republic has 16 new ScrumMasters

_mg_4093-1_taj_leteckyThanks to Vaclav Stoupa, organizer of the WebExpo 2009 in Praha in October this year. The Certified ScrumMaster class was a big success in Lipno this week.  Not only because we trained 16 new people as CSMs, but because of the great fun we had. A lot of wonderful questions, a lot of very very good insights into the problems of companies in Czech Republic and a very good interaction between the people in the class. I was one of these who were trained and I really enjoyed it. Amazing examples, edifying activities, great trainer’s skills…
Now I am really convinced that SCRUM can help with software development and can recommend this training.

Hi Dusan, thanks a lot for you very nice feedback. I could only be a great trainer because of the wonderful group. Your questions made the difference. Thanks a lot and have fun with Scrum.

Hi Boris, I enjoyed the training too. Right now I am trying to start a process with C3PO product owner because we have many tinny tasks(we group them to user stories :-) in several projects. Thank you for the advice.

The biggest problem is keeping discipline of product owners.
