Seth Godin about work and Henry Ford

I am astonished – how productive Seth Godin is. I wonder if he really writes all that text himself. But the last post I saw from him: About work and Henry Ford is worth mentioning. He talks about the change that the new production system of Ford caused.

People in productive industries get paid a lot even though they could likely be replaced by someone else working for less money.

This is why we’re insecure.

Again we do have the topic — slowly, but more and more everybody gets the point that the way we work today, cannot be compared with the way our fathers and grandfathers worked. This will lead to a new type of society.
