Metaphors are a very good way to understand the world. They help us to understand the world based on our  imagination as they are more intuitive. Let’s try some methaphors over the next couple of weeks.

Scrum is like a chair:

• It is real
• To make it you need experience
• You can use it in different ways
• You can stand on it
