It is a kind of featurecreep to extend the 3 questions with a fourth one, I believe - the questions by themselves should not be in focus, the commitment to answering thruthfully to them should. If a team seems to be unable to fulfill their sprint goal this should become visible regardless of what questions are being asked on Daily Scrum.
