Recife, 22.05.08 —  Boris Gloger showed in a short informal “training” his secrets for running a Certified ScrumMaster training. Boris training is based on the metaphor of Cirque du Soleil. A training shall be an experience.

He showed the differences between

• Talk -> Storytelling, Imagination
• Training -> Experience and Enthusiasm
• Consulting -> Exploration, guiding and being on the field

Boris based his learning theory on a) constructivism and the fact that humans need a level of stress to be most effective. He showed us, in which way he alerts people in the training so that they are awake for receiving the necessary information.
