Sao Paulo and Puerto Alegre now have 12 new ScrumMasters, following a fun filled and successful class held in the Grand Hotel Mercure. Of special interest to the attendees has been the outsourcing of problems and the dynamics of using Scrum in large and distributed teams. Boris presented his ideas on the organic growth of teams, explosion scaling and the use and advantages of lean production concepts to organise multi-project environments.
